Chang Jie pointed out that the theme of this meeting is to comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of drivers, further correct their thinking, transform their work style, strictly abide by various rules and regulations, effectively reduce costs, focus on their own positions, be down-to-earth, work hard, and make due contributions to the development of the company.
Chang Jie emphasized that all drivers should strengthen management and eliminate violations and disciplinary actions. One is to follow the schedule, obey arrangements, and ensure that the vehicles being driven are in good condition and tidy. Secondly, it is strictly prohibited to use or lend official vehicles for personal purposes. Unauthorized use of official vehicles is strictly prohibited, and it is not allowed to use them for any non work related matters. Thirdly, fatigue or drunk driving is strictly prohibited to ensure driving safety. Fourthly, all vehicles shall bear the consequences of any violations caused by the driver's personal reasons. Fifthly, all vehicles must be parked at the designated location after receiving them. It is strictly prohibited to park the vehicles overnight outside during non business trips. Sixth, all vehicles must refuel at Jinghai Bay Petroleum, otherwise the refueling fee will not be reimbursed. Refueling during business trips can only be reimbursed after being signed by the unit leader and registered and signed by the company office. Seventh, all drivers must carry out insurance renewal and review work, otherwise any losses caused will be fully borne by the driver. Eighth, the company implements the "one vehicle, one account, year-end assessment" system, which evaluates the performance of drivers based on their mileage and fuel consumption.
Chang Jie requires all drivers to do a good job in vehicle maintenance and upkeep, and reduce expenses. The company designates a professional cooperative manufacturer, and drivers are not allowed to conduct external repairs or maintenance without authorization. The audit department should follow up synchronously, strictly supervise and audit, and prevent any fraudulent or self serving behavior. When repairing and maintaining vehicles, drivers should carefully follow the procedures, participate throughout the process, supervise well, and report repair and maintenance projects to the company for approval. The project list must ensure that the data is detailed and true, and protect the company's interests from losses.
